Operations
We propose a management plan focusing first on the basics of providing
excellent day-to-day homeowner service, developing good communication
with the Board, and controlling expenses. We also focus on maintaining
the property in first-class order at all times, throughout the seasons,
making it a leader and standard of pride within the community.
At Lieberman Management Services, we have assembled a professional
management team to serve your Association's needs. It is our belief
that the community can only be effectively managed by regular visits
and inspections of the property. A competent and highly skilled Property
Manager will be assigned to supervise all of the day-to-day operations
of the property and act as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors.
The Property Manager will visit the property a minimum of once per week,
with other visits as required to supervise contractors, vendors, etc.
We know that your community cannot be successfully managed from the
office.
The Resident Services Department consists of highly skilled professionals
trained to handle the repair needs or information requests of the homeowner.
This friendly team will provide homeowners with immediate answers through
the computerized Work Order System customized for Lieberman Management
Services. All work orders are faxed to the vendor by the system while
the homeowner is on the phone.
The final member of the LMS management team is the Property Accountant.
It is the Property Accountant, under the direction of the Property Manager
and the Director of Finance, who maintains the unique accounting structure
of your Association. This individual also administers the accounts payable
and accounts receivable operations.
