Portfolio Property Manager
This job is great for any people person. In this position you will be responsible for several properties (visiting each at least once a week). You will be working closely with the Board of Directors at each to maintain the good condition of the property, manage the budget, attend board meetings, prepare reports for the board and ensure timely completion of projects.

This job is for you if you are good at communicating, managing, organizing, multi-tasking and if you like to work with people. You will need keyboarding skills and an understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel. We look for people who, in the past, have managed apartment buildings, condos, hotels or commercial buildings. It also helps if you have handled 4-5 bosses simultaneously.

On-Site Property Manager
This is another “people person” job for someone who likes a focused home base. In this position you will be responsible for one property and have an office on site. You will be working closely with the Board of Directors at each to maintain the good condition of the property, manage the budget, attend board meetings, prepare reports for the Board, and ensure timely completion of projects.

Resident Services Representative
This job is for you if you have a positive, professional attitude and are interested in customer service and a fast-paced day. You will be talking to homeowners, providing them information and handling their work order requests.

We are looking for data entry skills, typing speed minimum of 60 wpm, good phone voice, writing skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls. We look for experience at an in-bound call center, customer service center or any position where you routinely handled 50+ calls a day.

Administrative Assistant
This job changes daily, so it’s for you if you like variety, a fast pace and working with different people. Here you’ll assist Property Managers, Regional Managers and others in writing letters, compiling information packets, mailings and special projects.

You’ll need excellent computer skills, professional and service attitude, writing skills and deadline orientation. We look for people with experience in administrative duties.

Property Accountant
This job is for the “numbers people.” Our property accountants are responsible for a number of associations handling accounts receivable and financial reviews. You will also work with the Property Managers and Customer Service to handle any inquiries.

Your qualifications will include Word, Excel, having a professional attitude, deadline and detailed orientation, and organizational skills. We require 2-5 years of property accounting experience and a familiarity with skyline or other computerized accounting software.
