At LMS we have set up a homeowners division that handles every aspect of working with builders, and transitioning from the builder to the homeowner association. We represent many of Chicagoland's leading builders. Our current portfolio represents over 32,000 units. We realize that the challenges presented to every homebuilder are unique. Our depth of understanding of the process enables us to assist the builders as well as the homeowners to ensure that the Association is taken over by the homeowners in a positive fashion. Unlike many others in our industry we set ourselves apart because of our systems, our depth of infrastructure and our unique customer care. For the past six years, LMS has trained and employed a Resident Services Team of real people to satisfy Homeowner inquiries and to help solve their challenges. This means that when you call our office during business hours, you will talk to a live person not voice mail. We offer this personal service to our Association Board of Directors and the Homeowners.
