Vendor Renewal 2016-2017
It’s time for the annual LMS Vendor Verification Program renewal and we’d love to have your company on board! This program is set up to verify vendor information such as proper tax ID, insurance, licenses, references, etc. By completing the verification process annually, our Property Managers have a list of reviewed vendors to choose from when sending RFPs.
Please click this link to start your renewal process. Your company information from last year will be pre-populated and available for you to update. At the end of the renewal process, you will be redirected to RevoPay where you will have the option to pay for the renewal fee by check or credit card.
If you complete the verification process by September 1 each year, your company will automatically be listed in our Vendor Directory. You will be able to choose, free of charge, one category under which your company will be listed. Additional listings and other advertising options are available as well. Please note: the 2017 vendor advertising options are now closed for the 2017 Vendor Directory.
