Thanks to Lieberman’s size and stature in the Association management industry, we are able to provide and maintain an extensive list of reputable vendors who perform all necessary services for communities like yours. Due to strong relationships with these vendors, we are given “priority” status, affording us advantages in price and commitment. These special terms and pricing discounts are passed directly on to the Association. Some of our vendors are even part of our In Good Company program, where we have pre-negotiated master contracts to pass along benefits to our Associations.

Throughout every project’s life, whether it’s a small maintenance issue or large capital project, we are in steady contact with our vendors to ensure the work is done to your satisfaction. As you should expect from a company of our size, LMS provides routine oversight and regular evaluations of all vendors, including their agreements and performance, for our clients.
